"Riding the Dragon of Possibility" and "Stepping into the Stream of Abundance"; two 90 minute workshops as part of the annual Womens Wellness Weekend at the Frost Valley YMCA on March 23-25"Riding the Dragon of Possibility". According to the Chinese calendar we are in the powerful year of the Dragon. When energies are high, it's easier for us to ride that energy dragon and connect to our own powers. By using the inspirational and playful tool of Inner Voice Drawing you will draw out, how to use that power to bring more joy and fulfillment into your life.
"Stepping into the Stream of Abundance". Abundance is like a stream but we are not necessarily in the flow of it. By using the inspirational and playful tool of Inner Voice Drawing you will draw out, what abundance means to you, what blocks you from being in the stream of abundance and how to get into its natural flow.

3:45 - 5:15 Workshop IV “Mind Body Isolation” with Debbie Birch (certified personal trainer & Pilates instructor)
Discover your deep-rooted strength and stamina in the stillness of your focused mind using principles established by Joseph Pilates. Through practicing with resistance bands, small balls and mental focus, you will experience how the whole self participates in every movement, which improves balance, form, and stamina.

Art show of whimsical creatures that want to inspire, make you stop for a moment, reflect and smile. Each of these colored pencil drawings encapsulates a piece of wisdom, encouragement and humor, which is enhanced by an accompanying saying or poem. All images are created based on the Inner Voice Drawing® process and are part of the weekly drawings on the Inner Voice Drawing BLOG.
